Training
Plan the work, record the actual session, and keep a history you can return to.
Three things to keep distinct
| Record | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Routine | A reusable starting point with exercises and targets. |
| Planned workout | A dated session you intend to do. |
| Recorded workout | The actual sets, duration, effort, and notes you saved. |
A target is not a completed set. Previous results and editable prefills are starting points, not proof that you performed today’s work.
Plan and log a session
Open Training → Week, select the date, and choose Add workout. Build a session or use a routine. When you train, open Start workout or Continue logging, enter actual results, and save or complete the workout.
Follow plan and record workouts for the steps and reusable routines for repeated sessions.
Make room for a changed day
Use Move / edit on a planned session when the date or plan changes. Use Skip with a reason when the planned session did not happen. A skipped session remains in your history rather than disappearing.
If you completed some work, record that actual work instead of marking completed sets as skipped. Corner asks you to resolve completed sets before skipping a session.
Look back
Training’s Progress view includes completed-session totals, actual minutes, completed working sets, effort ratings, lift history, and recovery check-ins. Planned sessions are not counted as completed work. See profile and progress.
