Getting started & accounts

Open your own workspace and build a daily plan at your pace.

Use the Corner application address provided to you. The public guide is separate from your private workspace: reading this page does not sign you in or load your records.

Create your account

  1. Choose the create-account option on Corner’s account screen.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a password of at least 12 characters.
  3. Submit the form. If email verification is required, enter the code sent to your email address.
  4. Wait for Corner to confirm your session and open your workspace.

Use an email address you can access. Verification and password recovery depend on the account service’s email delivery. If a required code does not arrive, see account access help.

A new account starts with its own workspace. Using the same email as another service does not copy records into Corner. To bring supported Corner records with you, use the previewed workspace import.

Find your way around

On a wide screen, use the sidebar for Today, nutrition, training, and Settings. On a phone, use Home, Nutrition, and Training at the bottom; Nutrition remembers the section you last used. Open your profile shortcut to reach Settings.

AreaUse it for
Today / HomeReview a selected day’s training and nutrition, then record food.
Meal plannerPlace saved recipes on dates and meal slots.
RecipesCreate, edit, find, and download recipes.
GroceriesReview ingredients from your selected week’s meal plan.
TrainingPlan and log sessions in Week; look back in Progress.
SettingsEdit your profile and targets, import a workspace, and manage connected clients.

Dates matter. Check the selected day before adding food, meals, workouts, or a check-in. Set your time zone in Settings so Corner’s idea of today matches yours.

Make a small first plan

Start with one familiar recipe or one workout. Record what actually happened, even when it differs from the plan. You do not need to fill a whole week, set targets, or import old records before you can use Corner.

Next: nutrition basics, training basics, or profile and targets.
