Plan and record workouts
Keep dated targets alongside the reps, loads, and effort you actually completed.
Build a dated plan
- Open Training → Week and select the day.
- Choose Add workout and start a session or choose a saved routine.
- Check the name, kind of session, date, planned duration, and load unit.
- Add exercises from the catalog or enter the exercise information the form allows.
- Set the intended sets, rep range, rest, and optional reps in reserve, then save the plan.
Choose units deliberately. A load in kg and the same number in lb are different records. Keep per-hand or total-load meaning clear in the exercise’s notes rather than assuming it is obvious.
Record the actual work
- Choose Start workout on a planned workout, or Continue logging on a session in progress.
- Check each exercise’s targets and any prefilled values.
- Enter the load, reps, and optional reps in reserve for sets you performed. Mark completed sets explicitly.
- Add actual duration, session effort, and notes as appropriate.
- Save your current work or choose Complete workout when the session is finished.
A visible value is not necessarily a recorded completed set. Confirm the completed state and wait for the save before leaving. Starting the editor is not a substitute for saving your results.
Synthetic example: a plan calls for three sets of 8–10 reps. You perform 10, 9, and 7 reps. Record those three actual results; do not replace the 7 with the target minimum just to match the plan.
Change a plan or correct history
Use Move / edit for an unstarted planned session. For an existing in-progress, completed, or skipped session, use View / edit or the available logging action to review and correct its saved details. Keep what actually happened distinguishable from changed intentions.
If another edit changed the record while your editor was open, refresh and review the latest session before submitting again. Do not assume an old draft won a conflicting save.
Skip without losing the plan
Choose Skip, explain what changed, and confirm Mark skipped. A skipped session remains visible. If the session already has completed sets, preserve that partial workout or explicitly clear the completed checks before skipping; a skip should not silently erase completed work.
Next: reuse a routine or review progress.
