Corner / Guide

Make Corner part of your day

A practical guide to planning meals and training, recording what happened, and reviewing your progress.

Corner brings your recipes, meal plan, food log, workouts, and check-ins into one personal workspace. You decide what to plan and what to record. A planned meal is not food you ate; a workout target is not a completed set.

Start with one day

  1. Create an account and find your way around.
  2. Save a recipe and plan a meal, or log food directly.
  3. Plan and record a workout.
  4. Review your progress when you have records to look back on.

You can begin without importing data or setting nutrition targets. Your profile and targets are optional settings you can return to later.

What this guide covers

This guide describes the current manual product. Examples are synthetic, not personal records or recommended nutrition or training prescriptions. Corner is in development and evaluation; this guide is not a claim that a public hosted service is available.

Corner does not read your conversations, memories, or another person’s workspace. An optional external client can access only the Corner permissions you explicitly grant. No in-app assistant generates or approves plans for you.

Corner needs a network connection to view your workspace and save changes, including when installed on your phone. Read mobile and connection guidance before relying on it away from a connection.
