Profile & progress
Choose your own reference values and review the records you have actually saved.
Edit your profile
Open Settings using your profile shortcut. Set your preferred name and time zone, then add any goals, training details, or food preferences that help you keep a useful workspace. Save your changes and wait for confirmation.
Profile editing is optional after account creation. Your preferred name is not an account migration tool; changing it does not move another person’s records into your workspace.
Set optional nutrition targets
In Settings → Nutrition targets, select I want to set my daily targets. Enter your chosen calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat for Training days and Recovery days, then save.
You can track food without setting targets. Unset values mean no chosen target, not a recommendation of zero. Corner does not calculate a dietary prescription from your goals.
Your usual week helps select daily targets but does not schedule or log workouts automatically. Add specific workouts in the planner when you want a dated session. Keep your actual training and the week’s default pattern distinct.
Review training progress
Open Training → Progress. Review completed sessions, actual minutes, completed working sets, session effort, and lift history. Use the selected week and the displayed date range to understand which records a view includes.
Missing records and missing values are not the same as zero performance. A blank effort rating is not an effort of zero. A planned workout is not a completed session.
Add a body or recovery check-in
In Training → Progress → Recovery & measurements, choose Check in. Check the date, then add at least one measurement, rating, or note and save.
- Body weight uses lb and waist uses inches, independently of your preferred workout load unit.
- Sleep is recorded in hours.
- Energy, soreness, and boxing-quality ratings use the form’s 1–5 scale.
- Leave an unrecorded value blank rather than inventing a zero.
Use check-ins and notes as context when looking back. The views summarize your saved records; they do not diagnose recovery or replace professional advice.
Next: export your records or record a workout.
