Sign-in and account access
Verification codes, forgotten passwords, and keeping your workspace private.
Use your Corner email and password. The password starts hidden; the eye control lets you check what you entered without submitting the form. Wait until Corner opens your workspace before treating sign-in as complete.
If the account service accepts the credentials but Corner cannot confirm a session, follow the displayed cookie or retry guidance. Do not create another account to work around a temporary connection problem: it would have a separate workspace.
Verify your email
When required, Corner shows a code-entry screen. Check your inbox and spam folder, verify the email address, and use the resend option if offered. Use the current code rather than an old message.
If Corner says the verification settings do not match, contact the person who manages your Corner instance. You cannot fix that mismatch by changing your profile or importing data. Never send them your password or verification code.
Reset a forgotten password
- Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your account email and request a reset when the option is available.
- Open the reset link from your email and choose a new password.
- Return to sign in with the new password.
An expired or invalid link cannot reset the password. Request a new one rather than reusing it. If recovery is unavailable or mail never arrives, contact your instance’s operator through the support channel they provided; this guide cannot send email or recover an account.
Sign out on shared devices
Use Sign out when you finish. Close sensitive downloads and remove exported files from shared devices. Workspace exports contain personal records even though they do not contain login credentials.
Signing out of the browser does not revoke a separately approved MCP connection. To end a client’s ongoing access, use Settings → Connected clients → Revoke access. See connection permissions.
